I Sure Do Love The Trout Fish was the eighth episode of the second season of Fobbies are Borange, making it Episode 20. Storywise it went from leaving Moonside to the learning of Teleport. It's the first episode to show a Southern Paula flashback, as well as the first appearance of Tommy.

Synopsis
The story resumes in Jackie's Café. Ness receives a call from Apple Kid who tells him that he finished a new invention, a Trout Yogurt dispensing machine. He tells him that he sent him the machine via Escargo Express' neglected class and ends the call. Once outside, Ness and Jeff sees a monkey. The monkey invites them to a rave party in Talah Rama's Cave in the Dusty Dunes Desert. As the monkey leaves, they meet up with the Escargo Express' neglected class delivery man. He tells them how he lost their package as he was partying at the rave and tells them to go pick it up themselves. As he leaves, Electra comes in and tell the boys that she needs the Trout Yogurt machine for Monotoli's special guest. As Ness wonders who could like Trout Yogurt, a flash back begins.
The flashback implies a younger Paula that has a southern accent who is fishing with her dad that is not her current dad. She manages to pull out a large trout and before her old dad can stop her, she eats it raw despite her old dad's warnings that eating it before cooking it could kill her or develop a nicotine addiction.
As the flashback ends, Electra has left the boys and another boy comes to them. He presents himself as Tommy but Jeff tells him to get away. When Ness asks why he sent him away, Jeff replies he hated people named Tommy. The two then head out to Talah Rama's Cave and gets inside the rave party thanks to a set of fake IDs Jeff made at the very moment. Blocking their way to Talah Rama is a monkey currently high, asking for the "good stuff". Ness hands him over the Cold Remedy he had since the Onett Cave and is granted passage. Once they meet with Talah Rama, he proceeds to make a long speech about the universe until he presents them with the Ancient Dragon Sphere Emerald Necklace of Power and says it was destined to give to Tommy, thinking Ness was Tommy. As Ness reveals his name and Talah Rama realizes his mistake, he tries to make them forget about it by giving them the Trout Yogurt machine and, thanks to a little blackmail attempt from Ness, a free lesson from one of his monkeys for teleportation.
Once they returned outside in Dusty Dunes Desert, the monkey explains them the basics: run and whirr. Ness does it on the first try but Jeff is left behind. As he returns, he coaches Jeff until he manages to teleport back to Winters in front of the Snow Wood Boarding School. However, as Tony spots Jeff, he quickly teleports back to the desert. Back into the desert, they actually encounter the Black Sesame Seed and helps him reunite with White Sesame Seed.
