The Top Of The Head Is The Place For Phones was the first episode of the third season of Fobbies are Borange, making it Episode 25. Storywise it went from Prince Poo joining the group to preparing to depart to Scaraba. Steve Campos guest stars as the Museum Owner.

Synopsis
As the Chinese narrator begins the opening comment, he is immediatly killed by the narrator, taking his place back. The story begins in Summers as Paula asks what they should do now. Ness suggests they should visit the museum to help Poo learn about Eagleland. Inside the museum, the receptionist asks the entry fees to the Chosen Four. As Poo offers rubies, Ness says he'll cover the bill, explaining his income source at the same time. As they check the main exhibit, Poo seems to have some language problems, mixing up the word coffin with coffee. Ness then takes advantage of it to make fun of Poo. However it seems to fail as he tries to explain, Poo doesn't get it. Ness then suggests they should go upstair, despite the "Do Not Enter" sign. As they reached the second floor, they are stopped by Mr. Fork. Mr. Fork explains that he's too busy examining the hyeroglyphs to allow the children in. Poo then jumps in with his remark about Mr. Fork being a fan of puppies with all the puppies and dog products he was carrying. He then offers him Tiny Ruby, a small dog that was in his pocket. Mr. Fork then accepts, letting Poo get a copy of the hieroglyphs. He gives them to Jeff to decipher where he concludes they have to go to Scaraba. Before leaving, they are attacked by mummies. After dispatching them, Ness complains about how all the enemies come at them but other people like Mr. Fork are unaffected. Since Mr. Fork seems to ignore them, they decide to leave.
They then decide to go to the hotel for the night. Despite not having a reservation, the receptionist offers them the Double Deluxe Condo Suite for 12,000$ a night. Despite Ness' objections, Paula accepts it, saying she can make money on her own but doesn't want to talk about it. During the night, the narrators explains that Jeff fixed a broken wrench. Ness demands if he's in their room to which he denies and leaves. Jeff confirms that he indeed fixed the wrench into a DX-20 Gattling Rifle. As they leave the hotel, Ness receives a phone call from Tony. Despite Ness telling him Jeff is not around, Tony asks Ness if he could fill out something for his school project. He hands over the phone to Poo as Tony asks the name of the player. Poo answers but cannot be heard by the listeners. As Ness closes the phone, Poo remarks him that he put the phone to the wrong place, placing it on top of Ness' head.
