Synopsis

The story resumes in Magnet Hill as Paula asks about what Poo said in the previous episode. As they teleport out to Dalaam, they notice Paula actually managed to follow them even if she can't teleport. As they reach the cave's entrance, they find the rabbit statues blocking the way. Ness then hesitates when Poo tells him to put the Carrot Key into their orifice until Paula actually clears things up mentioning the mouth. As the statues vanish, they go within the Cave of the Plot Device. Once inside, they encounter a Tangoo, hearing their music, which turns out being one of Shaun Paul's songs. As they defeat the Tangoo, they encounter a Kiss of Death. Ness then makes a crack about preferring kissing Paula over it and she gets angry and defeats him with PSI Freeze γ. As Ness wonders why he can't learn PSI Fire or PSI Freeze, Paula remarks to him that he should be happy with Super Smash Brothers and Jeff then mentions that Lucas sucks. They then encounter the guardians of the sixth “Your Sanctuary” location, Thunder & Storm. Ness then makes a joke by cuing “The Odd Couple” song but no one gets it. As Thunder & Storm seem to argue to eachother, Paula loses her temper and attacks them with a modified frying pan despite Jeff's warning. It then ends up killing her and Ness, Jeff and Poo proceed into the Pink Cloud to collect the melody and revive Paula. The episode ends with discussion about Jeff's attitude and Poo, inspired by the Pink Cloud, starts singing.

After the ending song, Paula asks Ness if he was serious back in the cave about kissing her. He then explains he would prefer living a very worse scenario and Paula, getting the idea, proceeds into using PSI Fire on Ness.
